Invoices are always in GBP and will have to be paid in full in GBP. Any loss due to exchange rates or local taxes has to be borne by the customer.

Posto 9 has a 14-day return policy. A full refund will be provided for unworn items. The refund excludes return shipping which will be paid for by the customer.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

For all orders, the client is fully responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be also borne by the recipient, never by Posto 9.

Once your goods are back at Posto9’s warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

These Terms of Trading shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
